I have been working at Creative Channel Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I am consistently challenged to always think 10x. They focus on making sure the we are informed and up to date on the latest trends and really do care about employees. Culture is a focus and it does show. Ability to work with game changing clients and products.

    Cons

Sometimes they fall into the standard corporate "getting in their own way" or overthinking what could be simple implementations.

I worked at Creative Channel Services full-time

    Pros

    - Flexible work schedule, depending on the program/client you are assigned.
    - Competitive / fair pay, relative to the industry.
    - Ability to work with a variety of different companies and contracts, if you are flexible as well.

    Cons

    - Work can be temporary (but understandably so, as it goes with the business)
    - Limited room for development within some programs.

    Advice to Management

Consider investing more in your strongest leaders more in between contracts, so you have the ability to tap into their talent when new contracts form.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Creative Channel Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Autonomy. I make my own schedule and fill assignments as needed. Not a lot of pressure from my manager, she is very pleasant when we do speak on the phone.

    Cons

There are a lot of miscommunication, I have often felt the training to be inadequate, However this is not always the case, it is sometimes very sufficient. There is variability form assignment to assignment.

    Advice to Management

More transparency about analytics and reduce redundancies and wasteful reporting. Be more mindful of varying conditions in the field.

I worked at Creative Channel Services full-time

    Pros

Previously excellent company before absorbing MarketStar management. Now they don't function logically.

    Cons

When things get bad, heads roll without notice. More hours required than they allow. Causes you to not report all hours needed to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to lower level management.

I worked at Creative Channel Services part-time

    Pros

A good job for a second income.

    Cons

Terrible Personnel Office. Since everything is done on line it is very difficult to find answers to even basic questions. After a minor clerical error my pay was delayed 3 weeks. I had to conplain and ask for help from over 8 people not one having a direct line. The answers rarely referred to the question, were condescending and downright stupid. I recommend steering clear of Creative Channel.

    Advice to Management

Too many bosses that obviously do not talk to each other or even know of each other's existence. This nears chaos. You seem to care nothing about those that contact you or work with you.
