    Pros

Great clients. Job is easy. They don't expect much from you.

    Cons

Low pay. Poor communication. No chance to move up unless you're interested in people management. Glorified retail.

    Advice to Management

Use your client's resources to invest in your people. Don't be petty about which tasks you're going to support based on getting business or not. Do what's right and what's effective, not what's easiest.

    Pros

Awesome company to work for. Great training and benefits.
Room for growth. Knowledgeable management staff. fun company to work for.

    Cons

There were no real cons to the company during my time there. My reason for leaving had nothing to do with being unhappy at my job. Management position became available.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within. Some of your best leaders are those who raised themselves through the ranks. They have the ability to bring a perspective that can help the business continue to grow.

I have been working at Creative Channel Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, new trainings on LG smart appliances and connected home. Wide territory and variety of dealers.

    Cons

Excessive driving, expenses not paid. Using ones own vehicle at your own expense. Very very demanding for a part time job. No pay rate changes nor incentives. Company resources and perks limited to privileged few in management only like the government of a third world country. Many job hazards. No benefits

    Advice to Management

Very top heavy management with very limited opportunities for growth or upward mobility.

I have been working at Creative Channel Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Meeting a large number of new contacts every month in a relatively laid back professional environment
    - Hours are set by the employee (they just have to add up to 40 per week)
    - Though a bit mundane, the work is not exceptionally difficult
    - Quarterly bonus up to $500, decent pay
    - Mileage and drive time are reimbursed
    - Product training tools are excellent
    - Co-workers are typically awesome individuals

    Cons

    - The company folds and changes names every few years
    - Look up "Disorganized" in a Thesaurus. You'll find Creative Channel is a synonym
    - Driving in Dallas/Ft Worth traffic daily (occupational hazard really, no company car either)
    - Management is disconnected
    - No sense of purpose to company procedure and daily end game
    - Can be a pro, but agendas literally can change several times in a day. Everything is a "Fire Drill"
    - Comes with the territory I suppose (so few positions in the area), but initial training on company procedure like reporting and expenses is horrendous
    - Almost no vertical career opportunities. None. Great job for people with no ambition to move up

    Advice to Management

    - Provide better training to new employees; what should be basic knowledge should not still be discovered 6 months later
    - Company vehicle issuance
    - Dispense with the MR position. The MSM's basically have to redo everything they do anyways. Waste of company resources.
    - You pay your employees to be independent and take care of business. Quit micromanaging every little thing. It kills weekly productivity that would otherwise be exceptional
