    I have been working at Creative Channel Services full-time

    Pros

    Company works hard to communicate openly. No place is perfect, but the transparency is impressive, and everyone operates as a team. People in the company really like each other. There is a lot of effort toward recognition.

    Cons

    There are a lot of systems to manage. And not really a con, but depending on the business, things can change rapidly. I guess that's agency life.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the communication. Keep asking employees to be a part of solutions.

    I worked at Creative Channel Services full-time

    Pros

    -Nice coworkers. Laid back atmosphere most of the time.
    -Good corporate location. Many people are remote with families which is good for wlb.
    -CEO sends cringey emails to all staff every 2 or 3 weeks. These are so bad that it is not possible to keep a straight face when reading over them. Some days this is what you have to keep you going.

    Cons

    -Chaos. HR, payroll, technology are all stuck in 2000 and it leads to embarrassing situations with clients and employees.
    -Most upper management and client services has been at CCS or the sister company Marketstar for years which means there there is no needed change. Everyone is just waiting this out until it fails and gets absorbed by Marketstar or a similar company.
    -Company is clearly failing and will be cut up and sold soon.
    -No culture. A yammer account and some free food is not culture.
    -Constant layoffs whenever a competitor under bids which is often.

    At the end of the day it is just a job and not a career.

    Pros

    Had really great regional manager, very motivating and always available to help. Only one (actually informative) conference call per week. No micromanagement. Represent a solid company in LG. Very flexible schedule. Good pay.

    Cons

    No bonuses in any way even though they're hinted at. Lots of boxes of POP material sitting in your house and car.

    Advice to Management

    Good job, this is pretty much the best third party company experience I've had thus far. Sad the program ended!

    None that comes to mind

    Cons

    If your contracted they may hire you and then change the offer; even though this is illegal if you work overtime you will be told to not report it, only report the expected hrs they want you to work. Discrimination policy only works for women here.

    Pros

    Corporate office laid back, No micromanagement, pets allowed, free snacks, great office location, free parking, fun group of people.

    Cons

    No growth, no raises, no bonuses, no company strategy, veteran executives with no vision, no company culture, nobody in control, layoffs every year, no biz growth, strong circles.

    Advice to Management

    Honestly new leadership team needed with vision, strong presence, unity, listeners, realistic game plan, communicators, strong presence within company at all levels.
