Pros
Fantastic projects that will expose you to relevant technologies. You'll meet wonderful people, hardworking knowledgeable and open to learning. Hybrid work-type (not sure if it is a pro any longer considering how much you'll spend on transportation against how much you're earning)
Cons
Entry personnel and new Joiners will find it hard to settle in especially entry personnel because there's no structure or plan for you, just come and you're expected to understand how everything works without any proper onboarding. The team lead hoards knowledge and wants to take the glory for all the work. Deliberate creation of factions and unnecessary favoritism, very toxic attitude and zero respect for team members. Too much politics going on If you don't have a strong mental and emotional capacity, your confidence level will drop, because your efforts will be undermined a lot. You can never do anything good enough in their sight. With all the good projects they have, there's no good structure to make them enjoyable to work on No clear path for team member's growth
