Employees in cube45 eCommerce services are instructed to follow strict timing I.e., 9 am to 6 pm/6 days a week. Permanent employees get one day week off(Saturday) every month and employees on their provision period do not get any week off or casual leave, only emergency leaves are permitted with specific loss of pay (LOP). PF is so high, after completing all your monthly task with hell lot of pressure, you get very little pay. There is no increments or promotion or bonus during your employment, if you provide way high work from your allotted task, with good quality, and with no deduction (LOP’s) and with zero emergency or casual leave, you may get 2000rs extra. At a point of time, The same work you do every single day without any break will automatically suffocate.

My daily challenging work is to research and it's the best part of my job. I don't have any negtive vibes in cube45. The co workers are very friendly and technically sounds great. Loved to work and counting to cross many years in cube45.
