      Great company! Upper management always willing to assist and advise when needed. Compensation is good. I am very happy to be a part of this company

      Pros

      DBC Real Estate is an awesome company. I have been with the company for nearly 2 years. They truly care about their employees and are very family oriented. It's a company where the owners and the executive board know you by name and ask about your family. This past year during Covid they really showed how much they cared about their employees by how they handled the many hurdles that were thrown at everyone.

      Lack of training throughout the whole company.
