    Pros

    Work Culture is quite open and friendly atmosphere makes you comfortable. Even seniors behave very well in Dainik Bhaskar.

    Cons

    Lack of communication down the line is the major issue. Changes happen quite frequently. Always in experimental mode. If experiment fails, people suffers.

    Pros

    Flexible working hours. You can maintain a good work and life balance. Working with a market leader gives an added brand advantage.

    Cons

    Lack of exposure. There is very limited learning opportunities from the peer group. Appraisals are biased.

    Advice to Management

    Human Resource should be empowered more and should be an equal party in the appraisals so that the manager in concern is not biased.

    Pros

    HR People are good, 42 Leaves yearly

    Cons

    Cheap Politics, Pathetic Work Environment, you will not going to enjoy your days at DB, Employee Satisfaction - 0, Shift extends on every 1 out of 2 days and going time is not here you will have to stay as long as error exist and after QC Closure, 4-5 days are normal for them to stay no policies on this - if you stand againt it you will be fired soon , Bad Management - they wont listen you.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to Employees Problem and try to solve them because only they can make your company high or low.

    It is frustrating when they cannot back up their issues they raise to you. You should not ignore complaints.
