Pros
Good co-workers and assortment of clients, and an opportunity to work on several different projects at once without becoming easily bored. All-in-all, it was a laid-back culture committed to getting things done. All positions were home-based and remote, which dovetailed with my other obligations at the time. Dancing Mammoth provided flexible time off and generous benefits for a company of its diminutive size.
Cons
Oftentimes, competing priorities handed down by the President and PM independent of one another prevented forward motion on some projects.
