      Pros

      Decent opportunities to grow within the company. Middle management is helpful and usually available. Compensation was fairly decent. A lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from Upper Leadership (Owners) Bills simple tasks as projects - questionable practice for Client retention. Project and Systems engineers were rarely available and usually not helpful. Terrible communication with Projects Teams and Systems Engineers

      DE has a great team to work with. During my time with them, I enjoyed the staff

      -Used to receive quarterly bonuses, that has gone out the window -Used to be frequent company outings -Used to be good communication

      Cons

      -No job security - you will lose your job before the holidays if there is no work, and in biotech, that’s not a given -Rules change on the fly - they will change your work flow to accommodate to the changes their outsourced “c-level” ops want to make -unprofessional management
