      Pros

      Too many pros/benefits to list. There is a high level of autonomy and agency provided to tackle tasks and projects creatively and the way you see fit. It is a great feeling to be surrounded by others that are committed and take ownership and pride in their work.

      Cons

      This is not directed toward the company. There are some colleagues that should focus on improving their own personal development so they can show up as their best selves in all aspects in their life, including the professional life.

      Pros

      Fun environment. Interesting work. Opportunities to grow and do more. If you go back through older reviews of this company you'll see some harsh things written, but in my time there those weren't the things I saw at all. It seems since then that improvements have been made, because my experience was great.

      Cons

      None personally, but if you're reading this review then understand that this company is a MSP, so if you apply here then be prepared for the general things that come along with that compared to working an internal position that you may be coming from.
