Pros
I started with the company when it was really small, in an entry-level CSR position. Within a few years, the company has provided me with lots of training and opportunities for advancement. They allow their employees to have a large amount of input on processes and procedures and have implemented a much more formal review process which has helped employee motivation and retention. Both of the CEOs are very visible in the company and make decisions that benefit the company as a whole. Upper leadership is thoughtful when creating work place policies and has done a fabulous job during COVID keeping employees safe. Couldn't really ask for a better company to work for.
Cons

Some office politics and lack of holding people accountable, but I have seen changes in this already over the last year. Bringing HR in house and as well as two presidents to help guide the company has really made a huge difference.

Cons

The Developers have gaps in their knowledge including scheduling notifications allowing them to be proactive rather than reactive, so important scripts will run, they won't error out due to lack of space. Actually move to AWS.
