      Pros

      Easy Schedule. Large client base with lots to do, so rarely bored. If you do well, quickly you will be taken care of.

      Cons

      Can be a cut throat environment. You get a maximum of one week of ‘training’ and then are thrown to the wolves. Some techs will take any mistakes you make directly to management instead of talking to you about it. President cant be bothered to talk to you about issues he has and instead will delegate it to other members of leadership. Can be hard to tell who is/is not on your side.

      Pay was commensurate with industry standards.

      Cons

      Micromanagement without support, penalized for asking questions, zero training, ridiculously substandard client documentation, no real HR, toxic work environment with only a few good people

      Diverse Client Base. A chance to test skills.

      Cons

      The owner double talks and averts confrontation. Much promised, very little delivered. He seeks those who stoke his ego. Job performance reviews are a joke an mean absolutely nothing. Read the MD rules for employees of this size, you have no rights. Ask closely about pay raises and structure, test what is said.
