Pros
Depending on your department, there are some good people here. Other than that I really can't think of anything that I would call a "pro".
Cons
If you want an 8-5 job where nothing changes, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a place where you can push yourself and the company to thrive and grow, keep looking. And stay clear of sales. LOTS of turnover, and steer FAR AWAY from the sales coordinator position unless you want to be verbally abused and become the department scapegoat. 3 different girls in the past two years.
