      Bright, friendly, and passionate people. Very team-oriented and collaborative culture. Vancouver office has a fantastic free sandwich bar with panini press.

      Salary slightly below competitive market rate. Job stability subject to the whims of corporate overlords.

      - great WLB - great benefits - good leadership (varies depending on the area) - employees are for the most part shielded from unnecessary top-down pressure from parent company(s) - most things (information / decisions) are transparent in the company

      Cons

      - limited career growth for some workstreams - a lot of the good culture and vibes are being smothered out by Microsoft's downward pressures, and this is after the shielding mentioned in the pros section - company has a more self-focused attitude as part of the larger ecosystem which I feel limits the company's growth potentials
