      Pros

      Great working environment, staff all fun and friendly but yet extremely competent with some of Brisbane's best engineering talent. Senior engineers willing to impart knowledge on junior staff and assist in issue resolution. Broad tech stack with staff having coverage across multiple tech verticals meaning engineer base is all very capable and have the ability to work in a a co-operative environment. Senior Management lead by example when it comes to work ethic and have a great respect for their assets. Great central office location.

      Cons

      As to be expected with all jobs in IT there is an on-call component but this is shared across all engineering talent. Some long days or weekend work but is compensated by a generous TOIL system.

      Pros

      Couple of great engineers who were good at sharing knowledge, some good documentation not expected of such a small company.

      Cons

      Certain lead engineer had backyard behavior and extremely unprofessional behaviour towards peers. Extremely small company that didn't want to invest in staff.

      Pros

      Great job security as mentioned. Your value to the company is noticed and rewarded accordingly. Good support structure so you're never left struggling alone on major issues.

      Cons

      Requires some after hours work, but nothing out of the ordinary for the IT industry.
