    Pros

    It is consulting so if your skills are rusty, consulting give you an opportunity to get back up to speed.

    Cons

    Benefits are expensive, no time off

    Advice to Management

    If you have a large contingency of employees, consider either giving PTO or paying for client company observed time off

    Pros

    This was a very fun work environment but at the same time you have to work... work hard play hard

    Cons

    Well I truly wish Sales and Recruiting would be getting paid on the same scale. Unfortunately that is a big issue with this company since Sales is on a higher commission scale than Recruiting

    Advice to Management

    Please see my "Cons" comment. It is very important in order to attract good Recruiting talent to make them "equal" to Sales

    Pros

    Can't think of one.

    Cons

    Own rips off his employees, do a lexus search see for yourself, forewarned is forearmed. Fired a guy the day before he went into the hospital. Not owned by a nice person. Lifes too short to get mixed up with them.
