      Nothing, I really would like to give them 0 stars, 1 is too kind

      I would love to say that the product is mind blowing, but all I can say is, the moment you see the functionalities, capabilities, and intelligence put into it, you really want to blow off your head. For a company which was founded 2001, its technology has NOT evolved since. Preferential treatment based on gender and favourism Micromanagement is a constant Poor Internal Resources and Tools available to staff to do their basic job No Career Advancement what so ever Customer Satisfaction is on the back burner

      Incompetent and Sexist Management. Bullying is rampant especially targeting female employees.

      1. Sexism 2. Harassment 3. Bullying 4. Lack of work life balance leading to burnout 5. Lack of an effective HR team 6. Lack of females in senior roles 7. Female employees being called out for being 'difficult' if they voice an opinion or push back or something The above are just the tip of the iceberg. I wouldn't recommend this place even to an enemy. Management routinely checks reviews on glassdoor and tries to find out who posted negative reviews so that they can be disciplined.

      Legacy Software hell (or heaven, if you enjoy it)

      Pros

      Flexible vacation policy, intelligent and very hard working coworkers, decent office in terms of amenities, fantastic location, Would recommend very strongly for Interns and Co-Op students as you will gain very valuable experience here.

      Cons

      Legacy codebase more like entangled yarn than a lego structure, limited scope for organic growth long term, very limited scope for inorganic growth for non co-op/ interns because you are working on legacy software, high work pressure, bullying by indefinite scope creep.
