      Falling apart more each day

      Pros

      I used to love working here. People were fun. The work was challenging.

      Cons

      People hate it here. No one talks to each other anymore. The work from home option is the norm now because no one can stand to be here. The only talk is where people are hiring and where people are applying for work. Year end bonuses were not worth the effort.

      It used to be a fun place. Before new management took over.

      Cons

      it's a horrible place to be. there are soooo many other places to work in this city.

      Small company atmosphere and flexible work schedules. Ability to work from home full time.

      Cons

      Communications between employees is sometimes difficult and you can sometimes be overworked.

      Thank you for providing a review. It's feedback from our staff that helps us get to where we want to be. Our work flexibility and 100% telecommute policy hopefully offsets those days where the deadlines have you working more than you wish. We do our best to give flexibility to staff to catch up on those days where long hours are logged, as well as catered lunches and happy hours each week to keep all of you incredibly hard workers happy :)
