I worked at Dewpoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Dewpoint is a rapidly growing company that is focused on keeping its dedication to employees and customers that brought it to success. They are committed to making Dewpoint an employer of choice and a sustainable company.

Executives at the company consistently make choices that match with their stated vision, which is refreshing.

    Cons

Dewpoint has a ton of resource needs and continues to struggle to fill positions quickly in some cases. Dewpoint is growing and is trying to maintain the small company feel. That can cause occasional struggles.

Small company, but this could also be considered a plus. There could be a little more structure, but this can and does offer flexibility.

Keep on the course that you are on. diversifying is a great plan moving forward in the current economy.
