The competitive nature between employees and departments make it more of a pro than con because it makes the best out of every individual

    Cons

The flexi time, and the way employees especially the management take advantage of it is a no-no, even the long hours

I have been working at Digitel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work is hands-on, which helps build experience. My experience has so far helped me handle various tasks, troubleshooting, provisioning, modifications, monitoring, etc. Not all processes are the same when it comes to handling partners, and it can be very challenging.

    Cons

There is no proper orientation or apt basic technical training. If there is, it can only accommodate a number of employees. There should be a priority on a related topic for those who are directly exposed or directly responsible for a certain function.

Also, the company is undergoing drastic changes due to new management. The direction is uncertain, and it has been affecting the employees' performance in general.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair.
