Great company spirit

Pros

Nice location, office, outstanding tech team, cool marketing people. Easy-going but efficient work atmosphere. Management trusting employees. Not work hours oriented, but objective oriented. So if you are happy with the work you've produced today, there's no reason to stop you from leaving earlier.

Cons

People chatting too much in the office, forcing others to put headphones on and losing audition by increasing the volume up to cover other people voices. It's okay when you're in sales or doing teamwork, but it's not when you're working solo on something you really need to focus on. That's the only thing I can think of... Loving it there

A Really Great Culture

Pros

Working at Disciple was one of the most positive experiences of my career. The culture was genuinely supportive—leadership trusted us to deliver without micromanaging, which gave me the autonomy to really own my results. There was a strong sense of collaboration across departments, especially between Sales and CS, which made it feel like everyone was moving toward the same goal. I felt excited to go to work every day, not just because I loved what I was doing, but because I got to work alongside an incredible team. The COO/CFO was hands-on in the best way (shoutout to Frankie, he is literally the best), and the founder was fascinating to speak with—someone who truly cared about the product and the people. It was a place where your voice was heard, and where you were treated like a human being, not just a number. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges was the disconnect between what was promised and what was actually available. At times, we were encouraged to commit to features or capabilities that didn’t yet exist, which created tension across teams—particularly for Product and CS, who then had to scramble to deliver on expectations that shouldn’t have been set in the first place. There were also a few interpersonal issues that impacted the team dynamic. Concerns were raised multiple times about a certain individuals whose behavior had affected several colleagues, but unfortunately, leadership chose to avoid the conflict rather than address it. That response made some team members feel undervalued and unheard, which was disappointing in an otherwise great culture.
