      Pros

      Great team ethos and fast-paced, but very supportive environment. Challenging, but in a very enjoyable way. Plenty of encouragement for an individual to succeed and for the right person, with the right attitude, great opportunities for progression.

      This is the most toxic and vile work environment I've ever experienced or witnessed! The Co-Founder/CEO's solution to ALL day-to-day typical work issues is to cuss, belittle, overreact and completely bully employees. This company has a turnover rate higher than any other business and it can be almost 100% completely directly traced back to the CEO. There is about 5 employees in the company that has a tenor greater than 1 year due to the high turnover rate. Disgruntled depressed inexperienced employees training new employees. Don't consider a position with the company, I wish I would have read the reviews

However, our expanded people function is working equally hard to ensure that Distributed maintains a people-first approach. The company is rolling out company-wide sessions for giving and receiving feedback and creating a safe space for this to take place. Ultimately, the health and wellbeing of our employees comes first and we strive to ensure that our working environment is a positive one, that’s why it is so important for us to be recognised with a global award for Outstanding Reward & Recognition.       Work can be a great brain teaser

      The ultimate tech bros club - the ceo regularly talks about how he’s on the Aspergers spectrum, perhaps he thinks that’s his excuse for how he speaks to people. He seems cool, interesting and chilled at first, but his anger is explosive and abusive. After some time you’ll realise it’s just you it’s directed at. And you’ll notice that interestingly you’re also, surprise surprise, the only woman.
