Pros

Hardest working, most dedicated colleagues that deliver outstanding projects for customers. Salary compensation is adequate, not terrific. Benefits are average to slightly below. The 401K match is quite generous for a company of this size.

Cons

The two principals/founders couldn’t care less about their employees. You will work like a dog, give up your entire life and family for this company. Neither of them will ever offer even a simple “thank you” for your efforts. All take and never give. The turnover is excessive - people leave in droves. Surely there are worse places to work, but you’d be hard pressed to find one. It’s a quick trip down burnout road.

Pros

This is the right company at the right time. They have an investment by Salesforce and are bringing the services that are in high demand - B2B Commerce. As a Gold Salesforce Partner, Docmation, is leading edge. The company culture is supportive. I would recommend this for anyone already in the Salesforce ecosystem. If you are not in the ecosystem, yet have a strong Project Management or Business Analyst track record and wish to transition to Salesforce, this is the place to begin. Focusing on Salesforce B2B Commerce is a logical place to begin if you have worked with CRM in the past. The support to perform your job is easily found within Docmation. Also, you will be a remote worker, so no traffic jams!

Cons

Your colleagues will be around the world. After you bond with them, you will wish that your Team meetings could be in person.
