        -Benefits -Family oriented -Flexible schedule -Free lunch (sometimes)

        Cons

        -No room for growth even though I was assured I would be able to advance my career -Top Management does not listen to employee concerns -No structure or enforcement of policy and procedures -Favoritism -Male dominated

        Listen to your employees. Employees don't leave companies. They leave bad management.

        Flex time depending on the position Opportunity to learn about the 3D laser printing technology Learn/use Microsoft outlook, and Constant Contact - so good basic CRM and writing ops Days are busy so they don't get boring, and constant learning keeps things interesting

        Super fast paced, excessively so in my opinion Expected to multitask and be interrupted endlessly, to the point of utter mental exhaustion My manager had unrealistic expectations of how much we needed to get done - wanted both quality, quantity, and 20 things done at the same time, or I had to stay late.         Advice to Management

        Actually spend some time reading books on productivity in the workplace, like David Allen's "Getting Things Done" or Cal Newport's "Deep Work," and don't stress employees out so much when they're really just being efficient and getting things done in a sustainable way, rather than the short burst crash and burn way you do things. If the work is quality and they can measure it when reporting to you, no need to stress employees...
