I worked at EOS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great products. They really fit a niche in prototype mfg and limited production mfg.

    Cons

No fault of the company, but they manufacture high quality, high priced machines. This often made it difficult to compete and complete a sale.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. At the time I was working here, it seems that the field techs were worked pretty hard. Hopefully that team has expanded so there isn't so much travel.

    I worked at EOS full-time

    Pros

There are no pros at all, this is an awful place to work. No future here, just misery and despair. Dead end job.

    Cons

    1. Most disorganized company I have ever seen.
    2. Incompetent, amateurish, and dishonest management.
    3. Angry, unsatisfied workforce.
    4. Virtually no training to do your job.
    5. Coworkers are very discourteous and unhelpful.
    6. Miserable working conditions.
    7. Most of the time spent on the road in hotels.
    8. No resources or tools provided to perform your job.

    Advice to Management

Stop passing the buck and scapegoating the workers. Stand up and take responsibility for the job you are getting paid to do. Take some management courses. Do the right thing and stand up for the people working for you instead of stabbing them in the back. Manager thinks he's slick, but doesn't have any idea on how to manage anything.
