Pros
There are No Pros to write . Some of my colleague were Good , and they helped a lot.
Cons
Lots of points are there to write . No work management , No structure how to do work . More severely , the upper head TL's , Managers did not know a piece of knowledge about how things get worked in Technology . How did they get to managed at a very high position without knowing nothing. Moreover , the TL's don't have any mere knowledge , only know how to earn money (To much Greedy) , make you work till night even in weekend to make their own benefit. Likely , if something good quality of work will done Dedication , handwork praise will went to TL (Who just spend his time by sleeping all around the Day) .
