    Pros

ETSL has a really great mix of employees. Either they have been there 10+ years, or they've only been with the company a few years. I think it really shows that it's a great place to work considering the amount of long-term employees, but also shows that management is trying to modernize and revamp as much as they can by bringing in new eyes as well.

    Cons

Training could use a little work and so could team building within the departments.

    Pros

The company is very patient with your development in a position. ETS-Lindgren is moving in a positive direction as far as I can tell.

    Cons

Training needs more attention. The company has a good training record but there are some areas that need to be address to make the company even better.

    Advice to Management

I would ensure good mentorship programs are available to anyone who strives to move from their current position to a new career market within the company.

    I have been working at ETS-Lindgren full-time

    Pros

Flexible with hours. Not alot of drama and good people.low turn over rate. Ok benefits once you make permanent

    Cons

Pay not that great you could for production employees unless you have had vocational training or skill set like wielding or electrician

    Advice to Management

Can be really pushy sometimes. They care more about getting product out at unrealistic times than helping the employees or seeing what they need to push proudect

I have been working at ETS-Lindgren full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Extensive travel, generous tool funds, allowed to run your own jobs with minimal interference from management. Very steady work.

    Cons

Poor pay and treatment, poor benefits, every job is poorly run and mismanaged, per diem is a joke and management plays favorites towards a few individuals.

    Advice to Management

Consider becoming a union shop and everything else would take care of itself.

    I worked at ETS-Lindgren full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Lindgren Enclosures was run by the greatest Owner/President I've had the pleasure of working with. It wasn't work; it was a pleasure. A double degreed (ME & EE) engineer, excellent entrepreneur. . . . . AND THEN HE WENT PUBLIC.

    Cons

    Leadership: Non-existent
    Loyalty: Ditto
    Work Ethic: An embarrassment
Quarterly Company-wide Meetings: A joke (Even the quality of the free lunches, at these meetings, went downhill)

    Advice to Management

One of the few companies I've worked at, where management wasn't afraid to openly stuff their pockets. If you were part of the clique, you had it made. If you weren't you got used and abused. Like the title says: They Got Everything They Deserved! If Cedar Park knew the truth, they'd close the Wooddale and Minocqua locations too.

    Pros

people in the wood dale office were nice, caring people that worked together very well

    Cons

Used to be a nice company until upper management started playing a shell game with employees to make their bottom line look better...shutting down local office, moving positions to Corporate office....management has totally lost credibility with any office other than Texas.
