Pros

A decent product and some nice people with really positive attitudes.

Cons

Inexperienced management only cares about the next funding and valuation, but misses out on execution necessary to truly grow a "global business." Struggles to fulfill implementation and promises made to customers. Constant change in direction can give you whiplash.

Pros

The U.S. team has the hardest-working people I know. They tend to take on more responsibilities than they can handle, but always does a great job of keeping things under control. The Ceo/Co founders are nice!

Cons

Management sucks. You can tell that they clearly let anyone be a manager and it shows. It is very divided. It's TEAM USA vs TEAM ISRAEL. and if youre not a favorite, your time at EasySend will be cut short. The Delivery team has no order whatsoever. Every leader on the delivery team should reevaluate their time for professional development. It clearly shows that they do not have a CLUE as to what they're doing, or how to be an effective leader.

Pros

Some nice people work there. That's pretty much it honestly.

Cons

I strongly advise against working for EasySend. This is not a case of disgruntled employee revenge; I genuinely want to warn others from making the same mistake I did. While I wish the best for the good people there, the company faces serious issues. Here's a breakdown of the problems: - Product Issues: The product is fundamentally flawed, lacking direction, identity, and strategic value. It covers a tiny, non-strategic part of customer processes, limiting expansion and offering minimal value compared to competitors who offer similar functionality but much better. The product team invests in unnecessary features that customers will never use. - Leadership and Strategy: The CEO's leadership is questionable, evidenced by the departure of two original founders. The recent attempted shift to a subscription model for small businesses is unlikely to succeed due to complex implementation and limited product capabilities, the product is not ready for this type of model. Another rushed, and half-baked strategy shift, just trying to save the company. All of this is leading to rapid cancellations. - There's a severe lack of sales; There was only one small sale in 2024. But, we lost several large customers, including the largest customer we ever landed, because it took us 2 years to get them to a place where they were almost ready to go live. At the last second, they decided to fire us, because they realized we weren't going to be able to do what they needed. We probably spent triple what they actually paid us on that project trying to get them live, and it still failed. Management and Culture: Management micromanages, sets unrealistic expectations, and creates a culture where no one truly owns their work. Employees are constantly asked to perform tasks outside their responsibilities, leading to conflict. There's extremely high turnover; good employees leave quickly, and the company struggles to retain staff, often resorting to firing people for not "performing" the way they expect. But, the product, and environment make it impossible to perform and live up to their expectations. It's an impossible battle to win. Financial Instability: The company is bleeding money with virtually no new sales. A 3rd grader could do the math, If you're not selling, and you're only losing customers left and right, it means you may be forced out of business within a very short amount of time. I think they're almost out of money to be honest. - Customer satisfaction is very low. In short, EasySend is a dysfunctional company with a flawed product, poor leadership, and a toxic work environment. I was actively searching for a new job way before being let go, and it was a relief when it happened. Avoid making the biggest mistake of your career, and just run. Trust me.
