      Pros

      I worked at Eltrino for 1 year and have only positive memories of it. Friendly atmosphere within the company and team. Everyone can share their experiences on the workshop for topics they own. The company welcomes this. I took part in two projects and the company helped me grow as a professional, for which I am very grateful.

      Cons

      It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.
