I worked at Emerio (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Puts bread on your table (at a cost!). No other meaningful advantage.

    Cons

Politics is terrible; credit must be given to where it is due, unfortunately, management is full of sweet talkers & backstabbers.
Ive seen great performers leave from the team due to bad management. One-way feedback only...from top to bottom; not from bottom up.
Core value: never mind botchy quality, just keep saying yes to clients & pretend theyre getting the best.

    Advice to Management

Change core values & translate it to concrete policies: customer delight is priority. Integrity is non-negotiable. Heart of a business are its people, every one must be valued.

I have been working at Emerio full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Neatness
    Good office furniture
    Good cafeteria
    Good office assets

    Cons

    1. No fun at all, always work work workkkkk... finally our hard work is going to be unrecognised..
    2. No process to follow in project management, no documents, no business analyst, no requirement gathering.
    3. There is no single piece at all for employee benefit
    4. I don't know how the management is treating the project's. First of all they are just hearing but not focusing the flows and process hence when it comes to appraisal's either firing/shutdowning the wings, this seems to me that they are unable to manage it.
    5. Another thing is, management is ready to keep the high level position employees with out any work, and ready to fire the actively working low level employees and saying cost cutting. It's very funny for this reason, bcoz one work less high level employee salary is equal to 5 skilled actively working employees salaries.
    6. No support either from tax/hr department regarding the tax calculations and queries.

**FINALLY JOINING HERE IS JUST TRYING TO DISPOSE BRIGHT CAREER IN ALL WAYS**

    Advice to Management

Try to focus on what's going on and what the status of projects/products and before offering any employee kindly check does really work/task/project/products are there to utilize resources or not. Don't release offer letters blindly and don't fire them blindly, it may not harm for you but here resource is loosing his career.
