Pros
The people here are very creative. It is an awesome environment to work in as the people work hard and come up with great ideas.
Cons
Management does not do a great job of properly staffing teams, leaving those that remain to carry a heavy burden. While work can be fun, there are often late nights and early mornings when teams aren't staffed adequately.
