      The company is investing in talent! Leadership has aligned and provided clear direction on how we are going to grow and win in our space. Tremendous opportunity for those who thrive in dynamic, high energy situations and want to drive the company to the top.

      Cons

      Because we are changing (for the better!) not everything is defined. However that is a Pro for the right individual that wants to make a difference
