Pros
This isn't your average big corporate company where you're just a number. Your work/input gets noticed. 8x8 is growing at a very fast pace with 20% year over year growth and counting! I truly believe 8x8 is just getting started. Our CEO has big plans for this company and that starts with investing in the right people. I can't say enough about the 8x8 culture. People work hard but also play hard. I will see people playing super smash bros during lunch but work late when things need to get done.
Cons
With more growth, comes more work. There will be times that work will pile on but it's up to management to help divide the work throughout the team or add headcount when necessary.
