1. Very tough internal competition, especially if you are in Process Automation division. 2. Little technical training provided for sales team 3. Very little chance for career growth. Top management prefer external hiring for mid-management roles. 4. Forced feeding of global strategies and policies without consideration of local business climate and practices. 5. Low pay.
