Pros
Very diverse company with an endless number of products and services to offer their clients. There are a lot of great people working at ADP.
Cons
Jack of all trades - master of none. With the biggest name in the industry and arguably the most resources, somehow ADP has managed to become mediocre at just about everything. They work on great products/services, but roll them out when they are half baked. Sales pushes them. Implementation works hard to meet these expectations, but resouces are maxed out and it's hard to get the quality and focus the implementations need. Handoff to Service is premature. There are so many products and platforms, there is no way Service can know them all, so they have to focus on just one area. If you have multiple products, you have to talk with multiple people...typically in multiple offices. This silo'd approach leads to a tough client experience and slow problem resolution.
