Variable Pay cuts and follows bell curve model Sr directors and Sr Managers decide the rating just like that in a day with out checking credibility of the resources Not a technology company Still uses age old technologies Does not want to upgrade and does not want to upgrade resources Senior management is full of groupism Even Sr. directors have groups and does not work for the welfare of the company Only good for. Net resources that to get to work on age old technology Always compares .net as a super power compared to other tools and technologies
