Decent pay rate and benefits.

Cons

The environment can be incredibly catty. Moving up is about who you know and how willing you are to suck up to management. Extreme levels of micromanagement, you can’t even go to the bathroom without them questioning where you are and why you aren’t live to take calls. Overall, not worth the pay.
