      Pros

      Well paying and low stress. Positive environment and learning opportunities. Treated with respect and given time to grow, gained more responsibility.

      Cons

      The company has since collapsed. I often had no work to do. There was no set job requirements or work.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
