Pros
Very easy to be recognized for excellent work. Management does take notice and word does get around. Hours are usually very set, don't have to worry about too much overtime. Very diverse employees.
Cons
Although promotions are usually deserved, they are rare and don't seem like there are many openings. Corporate culture and morale have dropped drastically since the bailout.
