      great people, a lot of knowledge to learn as well as being in NYC with great pay. People are goal orientated and results driven

      None, great company maybe just very senior management must understand how Important middle managers are

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
