Cons
Work just never ends!! Most departments are understaffed, so the employees are stretched thin. Company is undergoing significant restructuring and cultural changes - not for the fainthearted. Technology is arcane - company needs major technological overhaul. Changes in senior management, although not a downside in themselves, are unsettling.
