Pros
-Most people in the team were very nice and quite supportive, at least in the store I worked in. -Customers in the area are quite nice to chat to when working at the tills (despite the exceptions).
Cons
-You can sometimes finish at 10PM and start next day at 6AM which isn't ideal -Training provided is not enough you have to figure out many things plus they then want you to be quick to pass the probation period -Robberies happen way too often and lead to confrontation with workers most of the times -Clocking in 3 minutes after your shift starts is considered being late even if you already were there waiting for you shift to start or in the toilet.
