I have nothing positive to say about this company aside from the cheap groceries and even that is not a ‘pro’ because there are no options.
Cons
If you want to work for the typical corporate, white-male dominated working environment, then be my guest. This establishment claims to be progressive and different, as their slogan suggests ‘welcome to more.’ The only ‘more’ you will receive is more entitled, white men at the top who are threatened by anyone with fresh perspectives, especially if you are female. They do not take risks or stray from ‘the usual’ which is why they have such a high employee turnover rate from all levels of the company especially from the stores and the district managers. I wouldn’t suggest working for this company. They purposefully hold people down and prevent quality, current employees from growing and moving forward. Communication is lacking and the emotional intelligence of those at higher levels is startlingly poor. I wonder how they even are able to maintain their jobs...oh wait it’s because they’re all white men.
