      Good Training Valuable Work Experience Learn Every Aspect Of Retail

      Poor Wage- Especially Poor For What You Do ZERO Progression Available Staff Morale Is Shocking Expected The World And Given Nothing Back Terrible Hours- 12-10:15pm, If You Have A Family Or Friends, Wave Goodbye To Everything Socially 24/7 Staff Down And Expected To Do Everything Look After Certain Staff, Treat Others Terrible Area Managers Don’t Have A Clue- ZERO Consistency Have A Grievance- Don’t Bother, Won’t Be Listened To And Covered Up Tolerated Racism Tolarered Senior Management Messing a with Your Hours/ Pay. Worked with 2 good ASMs from over 30plus, promoted the entire wrong people, it’s killing the company.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
