Rate of pay in the economic climate of Mi. This was before they changed their hiring practices and now have a different pay structure,

Age discrimination. When I applied and listed my true graduation dates and full range of experience I got no call back. When I accidentally wrote my grad dates wrong and only listed recent jobs to make it look as if I was younger, I received an interview opportunity. HUGE issue, if you look at their stores, there is only younger people. I had never seen an older area manager and all the staff at the interview were under 30. I was embarrassed to be interrogated by pipsqweeks.
