Industry leading pay Some level of flexibility with shift work Opportunity to progress is available at the lowest level
Cons
Pay differential with other supermarkets is not sufficient compared to work required Full flexibility usually means late shifts and weekend working Opportunity for progression is limited to hourly pay, progressing to salaried management is very difficult Some stores/areas are better run than others, depends entirely on shop-shop/area-area basis. Some managers are great, some not so much.
