      Pros

      Moneys great! 11.50p/h they are flexible to a certain degree you do abit of everything ie packing on floor/serving on tills so you dont get bored doing same thing constantly

      Cons

      Working late and weekends although you get extra money on a sunday and double pay on bank hols. Monthly pay. Contract is 25hours but u could work anything up to 40 onr wk and back to 25 the next wk so eages are aleays up and down. Work is hard and there is alot expected of you so it is very daunting at the start but once u get into the swings of things its grand and you enjoy the challenge!

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
