The pro above is also a con. Most of the people below Directors/Managers do not perform any real work as they are merely cogs in their wheels so to speak, which creates frustration amongst those who have real beneficial ideas that could be a game changer for AMC. Unfortunately if you’re not a director no one listens to you. Even if you talk with your director about ideas, issues or whatever, they often feed you lines to keep you happy but never flow through with anything else. Butts in seats and doing what you are told to do is all that is required of you.
