Business Outlook
Pros
Great work life and home life balance. It’s a place you can stay for the long term if you have a growth mindset. Great open door policy and your team feels like family. Company also tries to make you feel like your part of the family too. The work itself is enjoyable.
Cons
Pay could be better. Hybrid work policy isn’t ideal. Yearly raises aren’t tied to your performance but instead the companies performance. Not a lot of room for advancement.
