Pros
It is a good company for people who is starting working or are still studying. You get a lot of experience depending on the projects where you are deployed. It has good benefits such as working from home (depending on the Client contract) and internet payment.
Cons
Low salary. The middle management abuse from their authority and there is not support from HR department for the employees. The growth opportunities and benefits will depend on the project where you are deployed, the budget of the client and Accenture, and if the Project Manager likes you (there is favoritism)
