      Pros

      If on a team, you might enjoy the other team members. If solo, you have a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Some team members may be grumpy, and team lead could have 'pet' workers. When the law changed, they cut our hours to keep us part time.. little to no benefits. They insist things be done, but then rush folks, so sloppy and incomplete work.

      Pros

      No pros whatsoever. Regional manager was horrific as well as the mgmt team overseeing the Walmart Direct Team.

      Cons

      All cons. Nothing about this job was worth the stress. Infact, this job should require hazard duty pay for the sheer amount of stress that it places on your mental health and physical health.
