      - Remote work availability - Competitive pay - Good benefits - Fair policies around PTO and other time off

      Cons

      - Poor communication from management - Top-down approach to everything and "front line" workers' opinions weren't taken into consideration when making decisions that directly affected them - Expected to work two evenings a week and one Saturday morning every month - Mandatory trainings were never relevant to the position

      I tried all I could, but the environment is too demanding for me to meet the deadlines. Too stressful. I want to live longer.
