      They care about getting your work done, so you can mainly work on your own schedule, and you have a lot of autonomy over your work.

      Cons

      The company has made some product bets that haven't panned out, and needs to focus on improving it's core platform.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
